At QuicheWares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding and bath linens cannot be returned if opened.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Change of Mind

For change of mind returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
