Free Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within and outside of Australia
Shipping Zones and Times
Metro Australia: 3-5 days. Regional: 5-10 days. We now ship internationally with timeframes based on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Refund Policy Details
Refunds are offered on items that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or if the product does not match the description. Change of mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
